Role – Database and Systems (Intern)
Location: Bangalore, IN | Duration: June 2020 – August 2020
I had the opportunity to explore the intricate dynamics of database management and systems analysis. My role as a Database and Systems Intern involved the implementation of secure information systems and the extensive analysis of machinery functionality in a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant, aiming to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtimes.

Skills Developed
Database Design: I designed and implemented a comprehensive database system to fortify document control and facilitate project management. The secure system facilitated seamless collaboration between different engineering and administrative departments, fostering an environment of organizational cohesion and integrated project development.

Tools and Technologies: SQL, MySQL

Comprehensive Machinery Failure Analysis: My role involved an in-depth exploration and analysis of machinery in the ZLD plant. I successfully isolated the most common causes of failure, providing a foundational understanding for developing strategic preventive measures and maintenance strategies.

Tools and Technologies: SQL, Tableau

(Insightful Data Presentation): I presented my findings to the management, effectively communicating insights garnered from the failure analysis. This presentation translated into the implementation of improved preventive maintenance strategies, leading to a 15% reduction in machinery downtimes.
